3. Print-on-Demand Nature of Products

All products sold by the Company are produced exclusively on a print-on-demand basis. Production begins only after an order has been placed and payment has been confirmed.

Due to the custom manufacturing process, minor deviations in color, size positioning, texture, or print alignment may occur and do not constitute defects.

4. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colors, and images accurately. However, colors may vary depending on your device display settings. Such differences do not constitute non-conformity.

5. Prices, Taxes, and Duties

6. Orders and Contract Formation

7. Production and Shipping

Products are manufactured and fulfilled by our third-party partner Printful, Inc.. Shipping is performed by independent carriers.

8. Risk Transfer

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the carrier, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

All intellectual property rights in designs, trademarks, logos, images, and website content belong exclusively to the Company. Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
