Refund & Return Policy

All products are made to order. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to buyer’s remorse, size issues, or personal preference.

1. Defective or Damaged Products

If a product is defective, misprinted, or damaged, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery and provide photographic evidence.

2. Remedies

Upon verification, we may offer a replacement or a refund at our discretion.

3. EU Consumer Rights

In accordance with Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
