1. General Information

cuteazzcreatures operates as a print-on-demand (POD) apparel and accessories brand. All products are manufactured specifically for each order after purchase confirmation. We do not hold physical inventory.

Production, packaging, and shipping are handled by our trusted fulfillment partner Printful, Inc., while order management and customer communication are handled by cuteazzcreatures.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy.

Unified legal principles:

  • Products are manufactured strictly on a print-on-demand basis
  • No inventory is held
  • Production begins only after payment confirmation
  • Custom-made goods are excluded from the right of withdrawal (EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(c))
  • Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees
  • Customs duties and import taxes are the customer’s responsibility
  • Risk transfers upon handover to the carrier, subject to mandatory consumer law

2. Order Processing & Production Time

All products are produced after an order is placed and payment is confirmed.

  • Standard production time: 2–7 business days
  • During peak seasons (holidays, promotions), production may take longer

Production time is separate from shipping time and should be considered before placing an order.

3. Shipping Destinations

We ship worldwide, including but not limited to:

  • European Union
  • United States
  • United Kingdom
  • Canada
  • Australia
  • Other international destinations supported by Printful

Shipping availability may vary depending on the product type and destination country.

4. Estimated Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times (after production):

  • United States: 3–6 business days
  • Europe: 4–10 business days
  • United Kingdom: 4–8 business days
  • Canada: 6–12 business days
  • Rest of the World: 7–20 business days

These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

  • Destination
  • Product type
  • Order weight
  • Selected shipping method

All shipping fees are displayed before order confirmation.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other local charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in product prices or shipping fees unless explicitly stated.

The customer is solely responsible for paying any applicable customs fees or taxes.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

7. Tracking Information

Once an order ships, a tracking number will be provided via email.

Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to become active.

In some international shipments, tracking may be limited after the package leaves the origin country.

8. Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, products may be:

  • Produced in different facilities
  • Shipped separately

In such cases, you may receive multiple tracking numbers. Additional shipping charges will not apply unless clearly stated at checkout.

9. Delays & Force Majeure

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Carrier delays
  • Customs inspections
  • Weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Labor strikes
  • Pandemics
  • Governmental actions

Such delays do not constitute grounds for refunds or order cancellations.

10. Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, or failure to collect, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to an address provided incorrectly by the customer.

11. Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking indicates delivery but the package is missing, the customer must contact the local carrier first.

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

In cases confirmed as lost in transit, we may offer a replacement at our discretion.

12. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of:
    • Damaged product
    • Packaging
    • Shipping label

We will review the case in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy and Printful claim procedures.

13. Shipping Restrictions

We reserve the right to:

  • Limit shipping to certain countries or regions
  • Cancel orders if shipping is not feasible or legally restricted

Customers will be notified and refunded if an order cannot be shipped.

14. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the website and apply to future orders only.
